Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all products as quickly and safely as possible. We are not liable for products damaged in shipping. All flat rate shipping has 100$ of insurance. If an item arrives damaged please reach out the shipper and inform them.
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.
Things to keep in mind.

Shipment, creation, and assembly are all handled by one person. Please be patient as Dan aims to meet as many needs as possible.

We charge a USA flat rate of $9.99 for shipping. Some packages will cost Dan more then that to ship, some may cost less, this is a way to make sure the package is covered by insurance for the end user.

As of 5/24/25 we ship have put into place full international shipping. The website should auto calculate your shipping cost for you. This might be cheaper depending on where you live.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with accessories, and in its original packaging (If applicable). All tech and components are tested before shipment. Any requests for refunds due to faulty ESP32's will be denied. Please follow all install guides closely to avoid damaging your items.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@retromodworks.com. Please include your order reference number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping fees are paid to shipping services and can not be refunded. We may also be unable to refund processing fees associated with the order. Please inquire about these costs before the exchange process starts.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
All Retro Console Revival LLC products are covered by a limited 1-year warranty.
Warranty only covers items that are sold directly by us. If you purchased a product from a reseller, please refer to them for their policy and for service requests.
Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
Warranty requests for units that have been resold will not be granted.
Warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to the product.
Send the unit back to us and we will cover outbound shipping for defective units.
User is responsible for return shipping on units that were sent to us and subsequently found to be non-defective.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace the device.

International Shipping information :

All duties and taxes are charged to the buyer. The price you pay here is for the product and the cost to ship the product to you. Import tax and duties are calculated by YOUR COUNTRY and not us. We can in no way impact the cost of duties or import tax. This price is different for every country.

We aim to send these to anyone who buys them. We DO NOT offer any refunds on purchases that are refused at customs. IF you chose to buy anything from us, and then refuse to receive it due to duties and import tax.
THE VALUE THAT IS CHARGED WILL STILL BE BILLED TO THE BUYER - This is very important to understand. That is why these policies must be agreed to before buying any items from us. International shipping is different for every country. Please look into the cost of importing goods and what the total value may be.

ANY DENIED PACKAGES AT CUSTOMS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND THE COST OF DUTIES AND TAX ARE THEN BILLED TO THE BUYER ANYWAY THROUGH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

This means that you will not only be sending what you paid for back to us and not receive a refund. You will still be billed the duties and taxes by the shipping company even without keeping the item.
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS ON ITEMS DENIED BY RECEIVERS AT CUSTOMS FOR ANY REASON.
